Has anyone done business or heard of Financial Management?

Sounds like a scam to me!
Please don’t do it if they are going to give you any thing why does it seem they are getting the loan you have to first give them 760. and then pay for 3 months then they want to give you something. If you you can do all that you don’t need them.did you sign a contract for the terms?what is the interest rate you will be paying back? or they just want the money first and discuss the rest later? scam scam scam
