After months of planning and workshops, City Manager Bill Eisen went over budget revisions and gave final recommendations to Pearland City Council members last week. Citing concerns created by a national economic crisis as well as an expected decline in commercial development, Eisen put forward a cautious and conservative financial plan, which the council voted unanimously to approve.
