financial services management major transfer to what?

i attend a local community college, and am in the major of finanical services management. but it is just a 2 year degree? should i then transfer to a 4 year college? to get more education and add to my degree/ get another degree? also- what kind of jobs can i get with a financial services management major right after college? thanks-

You need some experience either in a bank, investment firm,brokerage house where you gain practical experience regarding money. Too many financial managers are glorified insurance salesmen.
